2.16 Notes
I just put up the new links for the game a minute ago, as well as a fresh changelog. However, there are a few things to note as of now before playing the new release.
1 - Smithing has little to offer right now. We discussed rehauling the whole weapon system in favor of a compatible upgradable weapon list to suit this idea. And because of this...
2 - There is a weapon cheat cat in the game. The abandoned tent in the woods has a cat that lets you test out 3 of the designed weapons. For now, they are the basic bow types, which inflict damage AND run a chance of arousing said enemy. They are open for testing right now so you can give me feedback on how well everything is leveled battle wise.
3 - The phone script is incompatible with Vlad. I have yet to get these lines of dialogue from VD, who is going through some stuff at the moment. While he was in charge of writing the dialogue, I may step in and do it myself if things continue to look grim on his end. Trying to call Vlad with the phone yields no results as of yet.
4 - Only the male and futa kitsunes have loss sex scenes. While there are versions for both player genders, only these two have them. It's planned to have a small variety of scenes that can be chosen at random upon losing for each enemy, but for now there is only one option for the futa and male, while the female is still having hers sketched out.
Keep these notes in mind while playing, and enjoy all the new features~
The hospital job is broken when starting a new game. I've attempted to enter where the doctor is but all it says is "Hospital Personal Only"...

ReplyDeleteThe thing is that as you move the teleport location nearer to the top of the stairs the event of Miko + Tenshi when you go down the stairs is broken. When we try to move downstairs we get stuck.... The bug is a bit of the type of game breaking, because it's hard to avoid that event...
Oh, yeah, and thanks for the new version :D I see there are lots of new things in the changelog :D

DeleteHow do you play as a male? In the cheat room, it says it only changes your appearance and nothing else. Or is it not in yet?
ReplyDeleteIt changes some scenes...As this is a HUGE change, it will take some time before you see a 100% difference. The commenter below me has explained it pretty well, actually...
DeleteYou can play as a male changing in the cheat room, it is not totally implemented and there are some events that you are going to be a female even if you are not. And also some times the appearance will became the female one after an event or after sleeping. And if I recall well also a bug of getting the default dick size after sleeping.

DeleteMy apologies if this has already been answered in the past, but could I ask which dev team member actually produces the art for Miko and Izuna, and if there is a public gallery somewhere?
ReplyDeleteI'm not certain what it is about the drawing style, but those two characters really make the game for me, and their artwork is both unique and exquisite in a way that few other H games have managed to produce.

Yep, I do all of the art, thought my deviant art has collected some cobwebs for quite some time, since developing the game has taken most of my free time. Not that I am complaining, but making games usually requires lots of attention.

ReplyDeleteThe size is more than likely due to the pictures...I had made attempts to cut back over 200 MB off the game file, but with the new gender-bend profile files, it piled back up...

About time! I think it would be great if Collars went into Kimochi, it's a pretty swell platform imho.
DeleteEven if it went into Kimochi I hope they still put the versions like always, in the blog. At least I know that I'm not going to install the Kimochi client, because I don't want to install third party softwares that I don't need. And having the RPG Makers (XP, Ace and MV) bought and installed makes it not required for me to install more software for playing Collars

Not-easy-to-achieve answer:
Get the RPG Maker VX Ace, get the game, decrypt the game's encrypted files (which is a copyright infraction in all the countries which signed the Berne Convention in 1886 and you can have legal problems related to that) to be able to execute the game inside the RPG Maker, find the bug, realize how the bug can be solved, solve it and play it.
I suggest you the first option even if the probabilities of being sued by Nekomatic are low.
PD: My answer is that long because short answers are not fun and the original answer of the first comment is more boring (same question, different answers :D).
I have seem to have found a bug when it comes to the time system. I used the stamina trainer, went to 3 PM. Went to work upstairs, and time advanced to 3 AM. Went home to go to sleep and advanced a day, while waking up at 9 PM. From there I could only go back to sleep, and because of this I missed Vlad's introduction and he's nowhere to be found in my game outside of scripted events.

DeleteI don't know what else to add. I used the home crystal to move to and from the Lobo, but I'm not sure if that had an effect.
ReplyDeleteWhen it rains it pours ehh? The surgery on the door was a success but now the doctor needs a doctor cause he can't seem to realize that as busy as he is i'm here to unbusy them some. Cause dammit I'm... sort of a doctor and depending on how you define milk i'm also a milkgirl (Man) .
