ReplyDeleteThe original Collars has been permanently discontinued with no plans of bring it back, not just because someone quit working, but because the original when it was first being built was done when the devs were still new to the game engine they were using. The game's bugs and previous builds were a bit too much to try and recover from.
DeleteAs for when we can see an update, I was speaking to the devs about this on discord and they said the next update will likely be a core system build implementing the town, the core systems, and maybe some sex scenes with NPCs, but no key NPCs (like elle and miko) just yet, and that with luck and effort we might see it released in a months time, or less. I actually put them in contact with a skilled programmer who's been helping them along the way and it seems to have sped some things up, but quality always takes time.

DeleteI hope it's before 2018. After nine months of silence from any dev, I usually put the game in a folder for Deleting. At 12 months, I trash it. I'm hoping for the best outcome.
